For non srilankan residents- please inquire when making an appointment

For Urgent appointments Contact the Hotline by an audio call /via Whats app (audio call)(usually appointments are given within 1/2hr depending on the availability..(Usual hours of practice from 8am-10pm).
- For semi urgent appointments-Contact the Hotline through an audio call/whats app audio call or request via a whats app message.(usually appointments are given within 3hrs depending on availability.)
- For Routine appointments - may request through the automated request channel.(or you may either of above two methods if you wish)(usually appointments are given within 24hrs or at your discretion depending on availability

Payments to be made at the time of placing the appointment and to be made using visa/master cards.(or by Ezcash/& direct bank transfers / or Lanka QR payments)

When making Urgent/semi-urgent appointments you will be sent a payment link to complete your payment. When making a routine appointment you will be guided through a payment processor for a checkout.
- Once the payment is completed upload your details (including your name/age/date and time of your appointment/and any relevant details about your illness/any relevant photos/reports/any prescriptions or details of any medicine that you are taking prior to start your consultation.

Your doctor will contact you through a whats App video/Audio call on the given appointment time.(Consultation Language- Sinhala or English).

Get your relevant advice, instructions and collect your digital prescription where necessary at the end of the consultation.
