  1. You can Consult Dr L.K.Gamarathna renowned General Practitioner.

  2.  mode of Payment -for Srilankan residents -through Visa/master cards

  3.                              For non srilankan residents- please                         inquire when making an appointment

  4. For Urgent  appointments Contact the Hotline by an audio call /via Whats app (audio call)(usually appointments are given within 1/2hr depending on the availability..(Usual hours of practice from 8am-10pm).

  5. For semi urgent appointments-Contact the Hotline through an audio call/whats app audio call or request via a whats app message.(usually appointments are given within 3hrs depending on availability.)
  6. For Routine appointments -  may request through the automated request channel.(or you may either of above two methods if you wish)(usually appointments are given within 24hrs or at your discretion depending on availability

  7. ​Payments to be made at the time of placing the appointment and to be made using visa/master cards.(or by Ezcash/& direct bank transfers / or Lanka QR payments)

  8. When making Urgent/semi-urgent appointments you will be sent a payment link to complete your payment. When making a routine appointment you will be guided through a payment processor for a checkout.​​​

  9.  Once the payment is completed upload your details (including your name/age/date and time of your appointment/and any relevant details about your illness/any relevant photos/reports/any prescriptions or details of any medicine that you are taking prior to start your consultation.

  10. Your doctor will contact you through a whats App video/Audio call on the given appointment time.(Consultation Language- Sinhala or English).

  11. Get your relevant advice, instructions  and collect your digital prescription where necessary at the end of the consultation.
